How to Check Airtel DTH Balance

Method 1: Via SMS
- From your registered mobile number (the mobile number associated with your Airtel DTH account), send an SMS to 54325 in the following format:
BAL <Customer ID>
- Replace
<Customer ID>with your Airtel DTH customer ID. You can usually find your customer ID on your Airtel DTH subscription card or in your account information. - You will receive an SMS with your Airtel DTH account balance details.
Method 2: Using the Airtel DTH Website or App (if available)
- Visit the Airtel DTH official website or open the Airtel DTH mobile app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Log in to your Airtel DTH account using your customer ID or registered mobile number and password.
- Navigate to the “Account” or “My Account” section, where you can access your account details.
- Look for an option that allows you to check your account balance. This may be labeled as “Account Balance,” “Balance Details,” or something similar.
- Click or tap on this option to view your Airtel DTH account balance.
Method 3: Contact Airtel Customer Care
If you prefer a more direct method, you can contact Airtel DTH customer care:
- Dial the Airtel DTH customer care number from your registered mobile number. As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, the Airtel DTH customer care number was 12150 or 1800-103-6065.
- Follow the automated voice prompts or speak to a customer care representative.
- Request information about your Airtel DTH account balance. You will need to provide your customer ID or other verification details as requested.
- The customer care representative will provide you with your account balance details.
